Milton is a unique community that embraces small-town living while retaining its rural flavor. Swimming pools, tennis courts and villages, private and public golf courses, and gorgeous parks are hidden throughout Milton's 23,000 acres of property! Not to mention private and nationally recognized schools, the arts, and athletics. The 'Milton Roundup' and the 'Crabapple Antique and Arts Festival' are two local festivals where hundreds of exhibitors display their art and antiquities to the community. Touring performers deliver live music as well as games, rides, and activities for children!

Crabapple Crossing is a communal village shared by Milton, Alpharetta, and Roswell residents. These are common gathering places for friends and family after games and other events. The Milton Farmers Market, located in the crabapple mercantile neighborhood, sells locally grown food, stylish apparel, handcrafted furniture, and more!

Wills Park, one of the parks, is a nationally known park with all fields, paths, and an equestrian facility. The greenway is an 8-mile fitness trail that runs through Alpharetta. Soccer, swimming, tennis, and lacrosse are examples of active sports. Many Milton people are horsemen, thus seeing them along streets is usual. Additionally, Milton has a cycling center and a separate park where you can take your dog for a walk.
